Fewer discussion platforms means an easier onboarding process for new TYPO3 contributors. One of the lesser-known platforms is decisions.typo3.org. All TYPO3 Core-related discussions will move to talk.typo3.org on 11 April 2024.

In preparation of the migration next week, an “Archive” category was created on https://decisions.typo3.org/, and most categories been moved to said archive.

Those archived categories, and the “Core Dev Talk” category (which we keep), will be migrated into our other Discourse forum installation running on talk.typo3.org on April 11th.

All topics in archived categories have been moved to the new Archive category now. The last remaining “Core” category which is in use will be migrated on April 11th as announced previously.

The topics within the “Core” category on decisions.typo3.org have been moved to the Core - TYPO3 category here.
